Pricing and quotations
BRT machines are built to order, so we calculate a price for each configuration instead of publishing one list price. Tell us the hose range and fittings you crimp, and you receive a binding quotation — normally within one working day.
What determines the price
- Crimping force and hose range — a 6–51 mm / 380 T workshop crimper and a 6–150 mm / 650 T large-bore crimper are different machines.
- Die set count — standard sets ship with the machine; additional sizes are priced individually.
- Voltage and motor — 220 V single phase, 380 V three phase, or your local specification.
- Tooling, options and Incoterm — quick-change die holders, skiving attachment, foot pedal, FOB Qingdao / Tianjin / Shanghai or FCA at a China main airport.
What every quotation includes
- The machine with its standard die sets and tool kit
- Operation manual and CE documentation
- Plywood export packing
- Warranty: 5 years on master seals, 12 months on the complete machine, lifetime spare-parts availability
Lead time, shipping and warranty
Standard models ship in 5–15 working days; custom configurations are quoted case by case. Shipment is FOB Qingdao, Tianjin or Shanghai, and we can arrange CIF or door-to-door on request.
