About Qingdao Britop

Britop Mach is the hydraulic hose equipment division of Qingdao Britop International Trading Co., Ltd. We supply crimping machines, cutters, skivers, pressure-test benches and fittings to hose assembly workshops, hydraulic service companies, rental fleets and OEM brands worldwide.

Who we are

Our export office is in Qingdao, Shandong, and our manufacturing partner is in Hebei Province. Both teams work on one product family only: the equipment and tooling a hose assembly shop needs every day. That focus is deliberate. Instead of spreading across unrelated machinery, we keep improving crimping force, die accuracy and service life on a compact range of machines.

We do not own the plant, and we do not pretend to. It is our manufacturing partner and we are its dedicated export channel for the markets we serve. The plant prefers not to be named publicly; its profile, certificates and a factory video are available under NDA, and we can arrange a live video walk-through or a visit.

Every enquiry is handled by the same team that specifies the machines, so a question about die sets, voltage or delivery is answered from production data rather than a catalogue.

What we supply

The range covers the full workflow of a hose assembly line:

  • Hydraulic hose crimping machines from 6 mm to 150 mm, 100 T to 2500 T, in bench, floor-standing, vertical and portable 12/24 V versions: CM25, CM38, CM51 series, CM76, CM102, CM150 and CM315U.
  • Shrink crimping machines for ferrule-based assemblies in the 48-57 mm range (SM57).
  • Hose cutting machines (CU51) and hose skiving machines (ST51).
  • Crimp and skiving combos (CS51), plus electric hydraulic pressure testing pumps up to 300 MPa (SYP300).
  • Hydraulic hose fittings: metric, BSP, BSPT, JIC, SAE flange, SAE flange cone seat, JIS dual-seal and other connector series.

How the machines are built and tested

Machine bodies, heads and dies are CNC-machined at the partner plant, then assembled, wired and tested to our specification. Before packing, each unit is run under pressure and crimped onto a sample assembly; the crimp diameter is checked against the die table, and the hydraulic circuit is inspected for leaks. Our own QC team signs off every machine before it is packed.

Specifications for every model are published on this site, so buyers can compare crimping force, hose range, die count, motor power and net weight before ordering. If a requirement falls outside the standard table, we quote a modified build instead of forcing a standard machine into the job.

Who we supply

Our machines are used by hose assembly workshops, hydraulic repair and service companies, equipment distributors and OEM brands. Because we specify rather than resell, a series order can be adapted: different voltage, die profiles, paint colour, label and packaging.

  • Private label and custom voltage: 220 V, 380 V, 440 V, 12 V or 24 V.
  • Spare parts and additional die sets shipped from stock.
  • Operation manuals and spare-part lists supplied with every machine.
  • Export documents: commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin.
