Who We Are
Qingdao Britop (website: britopmach.com) designs and manufactures professional hose processing machinery, including hose crimping machines, hose cutting machines, hose skiving machines and manual crimping tools. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and how we use it.
What Data We Collect
- Contact / quotation forms. When you submit our contact or quotation form we collect the name, email address, phone number, company name and message content you provide, so that we can answer your enquiry.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard server log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time) for security and performance purposes.
- Cookies. We use a small number of functional cookies (e.g. cart and session cookies for the online catalogue, and language preference cookies). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.
How We Use Your Data
- To respond to your quotation requests, technical questions and support enquiries.
- To prepare offers, proforma invoices and shipment documents when you place an order.
- To keep the website secure and to diagnose technical problems.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data is stored on our hosting provider’s servers and shared only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the website (hosting, email delivery, anti-spam protection).
Retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for business documentation. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period.
Your Rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal data you have sent us, or to withdraw consent for further contact. Where GDPR applies, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
